The Clarity Method™
See what’s really getting in the way of your organisation
The Clarity Method™ is a structured organisational diagnostic designed to help leaders understand where pressure is building, what may be driving it, and where attention is most likely to have the greatest impact.
It looks beyond individual symptoms to help you see the organisation as a whole.
See clearly. Decide confidently. Lead intentionally.
Developed by Leona Berry MSc, Chartered MCIPD, drawing on more than 25 years of HR, organisational development and leadership experience.
When the symptoms are obvious, but the cause isn’t
The Clarity Method™ is a structured organisational diagnostic designed to help leaders understand where pressure is building, what may be driving it, and where attention is most likely to have the greatest impact.
It looks beyond individual symptoms to help you see the organisation as a whole.
See clearly. Decide confidently. Lead intentionally.
Recurring management or performance issues
Leaders spending too much time firefighting
Unclear accountability or slow decision-making
Communication gaps or reduced trust
Retention, engagement or capability concerns
Structures or systems that have not kept pace with growth
Change creating more disruption than expected
The challenge is knowing what is really driving the problem and where to focus first.
The Clarity Method™ helps you move beyond the presenting issue and understand the wider organisational picture before deciding what to do next.
Eight drivers. One organisation.
The Clarity Method™ explores eight interconnected areas of organisational effectiveness:
Leadership
Direction, decision-making, accountability, capacity and resilience.
Management
Ownership, action, confidence, development and capability.
People
Attraction, development, experience, sustainability and retention.
Performance
Expectations, alignment, intervention, recognition and accountability.
Culture
Values, trust, voice, behaviour and belonging.
Communication
Clarity, alignment, voice, transparency and connection.
Change
Purpose, leadership, involvement, learning and adaptability.
Foundations & Governance
Structure, infrastructure, risk, governance and future capability.
Each area matters individually. The greater value comes from understanding how they interact.
Choose the level of Clarity your organisation needs
You do not need to complete every stage.
Each part of the Clarity Method™ is designed to provide standalone value. The right next step depends on what your organisation needs and what the diagnostic reveals.
